Refund policy

At Novus Moto Care, every product is quality-tested before it leaves our warehouse. We stand behind what we ship, and this policy explains how we handle defective, damaged, or incorrect orders.

Replacement-Only Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement for verified manufacturing defects, transit damage, or wrong items shipped. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances; eligible cases will be resolved through replacement only.

Eligibility for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement, all the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • All accessories, paperwork, and the original invoice are included.
  • The reason is one of: manufacturing defect, transit damage, or wrong item received.

What's Not Eligible

  • Products that have been used, opened, or partially consumed.
  • Products with scratches, marks, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Change of mind, wrong product chosen, or dislike of fragrance, finish, or appearance after opening.
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
  • Requests raised after the 7-day window.

How to Raise a Replacement Request

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  2. Within 7 days, email us at novusmotocare@gmail.com or call +91 70217 12210.
  3. Share your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos / unboxing video showing the defect or damage.
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2 working days.

Processing Time

Once your replacement request is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the original product (where applicable) and dispatch the replacement. You will receive the replacement within 7โ€“10 working days from the date of approval.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery, with unboxing photos or video, to qualify for the fastest replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the replacement-only policy above applies.
