"Novus Moto Care", "Novus", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the business operating under the brand name Novus Moto Care, with its registered address at Pramodini Palace, C-101, Virar East, Maharashtra 401305, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use this Site or place an order.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, finish, or packaging may occur and are not considered defects.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, modify product specifications, limit order quantities, or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • Listings on the Site are an invitation to offer; an order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch.

4. Orders, Payment & Cancellation

  • We accept payments via UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, supported wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including, but not limited to, Shopify Payments and GoKwik.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock.
  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at the details below. Once dispatched, our Refund Policy applies.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns & Replacements

Returns and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy. We operate a replacement-only model and do not offer monetary refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Novus name, logo, product photography, copy, design, illustrations, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Novus Moto Care and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or system.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Site or its security features.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased from us shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or any purchase shall be resolved through arbitration administered by Bharat Dispute Resolution. The arbitration will be conducted by a sole arbitrator, with the seat at New Delhi, in English, and governed by Indian law. Virtual proceedings are preferred; physical proceedings will occur where necessary. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
