Novus Moto Care ships across India through trusted courier partners. This policy outlines our dispatch timelines, charges, tracking, and how we handle delivery issues.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above โ‚น499.
  • For orders below โ‚น499, a flat shipping fee is added at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most PIN codes; a nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
  • Prepaid discount: use code PREPAID5 to save an additional 5% on your order when you choose UPI, Card, or any prepaid method.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 1โ€“3 working days. During festivals, sales, or other unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take up to 5โ€“7 working days. You will be notified by email and SMS once your order is shipped.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3โ€“5 working days from dispatch
  • Non-metro / Tier 2 cities: 5โ€“7 working days from dispatch
  • Remote & rural areas: 7โ€“10 working days from dispatch

These timelines are estimates from our courier partners and may vary due to weather, regional disruptions, or local holidays.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details. You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section on www.novusmotocare.in.

Address & Contact Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and email are accurate at the time of placing the order. Novus Moto Care is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the re-shipping charges.

Failed / Refused Deliveries

If a COD order is refused at the door without a valid reason, your shipping account may be flagged and future COD orders may require prepayment. For repeat instances, we reserve the right to ship only on prepaid mode.

Damaged / Lost in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us within 48 hours at novusmotocare@gmail.com with photos and your order number. For lost shipments, our team will raise an investigation with the courier and resolve it through our Refund Policy (replacement only).
